Ron Franklin is the creator of the Finger Fluency program and holds Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees in Guitar Performance. Ron is also an Emmy winning songwriter and member of BMI since 1987. He currently teaches Guitar, Ukulele and Film Music Appreciation for San Diego College of Continuing Education
